Dotting Tool is a key tool when you want to design your nails. 

I'm so excited! Lets get started! 

1. 1.)Get a straight pin. You’ll notice there are different sizes when you’re at a fabric store (we used superfine for this).
2. 2.)Get a number 2 pencil with an eraser or one of those retractable erasers as seen above.
3. 3.) Insert the pin into the eraser. Try to keep it straight. If you push it into the eraser and notice it’s crooked, just bend it a little to center it. That will insure you get a perfect dot every time.
4. 4.)Dip + dot!

Mani monday: Newspaper Nails

Apply a solid base coat  to protect your nails. Make sure to let it dry thoroughly.

Light Gray Color

Paint your nails in a light grey, nude, or light pink nail polish color. Let it dry thoroughly before doing the next step.

Rubbing Alcohol

• Pour a bit of rubbing alcohol into the cap or into a small jar. Dip each nail into the rubbing alcohol for about 5 seconds each.Dip each nail into the rubbing alcohol for about 5 seconds each.

Take a small piece of newspaper. Press it firmly on your nail for a few seconds.

Peel it off carefully. You'll find that the ink from the newspaper will be left behind

Get a cotton bud and some nail polish remover to clean up your nails.

Apply a topcoat to your nails. This is needed because without it, the newspaper will rub off. It also gives your nail some extra shine.

Even when we are at the grocery store, we can scan some Italian ice and see what grade the apps gives us.This app has really helped us lived a more balance and nutritious diet.

Super Easy Homemade Hot Chocolate:)

This recipe is super easy, and in my opinion it is better then the Swiss-Miss hot chocolate packs, or and K-Cup hot chocolate! If you try this, let me know if you like it!

Ingredients-

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

3/4 cup white sugar

1 pinch salt

1/3 cup boiling water

3 1/2 cups milk

3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup half-and-half cream


How to make this-
Combine the cocoa, sugar and pinch of salt in a saucepan. Blend in the boiling water. Bring this mixture to an easy boil while you stir. Simmer and stir for about 2 minutes. Watch that it doesn't scorch. Stir in 3 1/2 cups of milk and heat until very hot, but do not boil! Remove from heat and add vanilla. Divide between 4 mugs. Add the cream to the mugs of cocoa to cool it to drinking temperature!
