Mani monday: Newspaper Nails

Apply a solid base coat  to protect your nails. Make sure to let it dry thoroughly.
Paint your nails in a light grey, nude, or light pink nail polish color.

Paint your nails in a light grey, nude, or light pink nail polish color. Let it dry thoroughly before doing the next step.
Take the rubbing alcohol.
Rubbing Alcohol
Pour a bit of rubbing alcohol into the cap or into a small jar.
Dip each nail into the rubbing alcohol for about 5 seconds each.

Take a small piece of newspaper.

Take a small piece of newspaper. Press it firmly on your nail for a few seconds.
Peel it off carefully.

Get a cotton bud and some nail polish remover to clean up your nails.

Apply a topcoat to your nails.

    Thank you for visiting my blog. You did a great job on these newspaper nails. I tried it on my daughter and it didn't turn out since I didn't let the polish dry long enough before transferring on the newspaper. You did great. I'm definitely going to try this again. :) Great blog, by the way!
